How to Make Curry Wings

This is a delicious dish that my mother used to make for me when I was a kid, and I have loved it ever since because it mixes my two favorite ingredients, chicken and curry. It is really simple to do and it's delicious especially if you eat it right after you let it sit for a bit. Here is how to make curry wings.

The ingredients that you will need for curry chicken are: chicken wings (thighs are okay to use too), curry powder, cooking oil, condensed milk, paprika, and some salt.

Barbecue

First, take your chicken wings and wash them and take off some of the excess skin. Then get a medium-large wok and add some cooking oil and heat it up.

Once the oil is heated, add in the chicken and take them out as soon as they are fully done.

Once the chicken is done cooking, either grab another wok or wash out the previous one and put the wok on medium heat as you add the condensed milk, curry powder, salt, and paprika. After the mixture has boiled down a bit, add in the cooked chicken. Lather the chicken continuously until the mixture shrinks down to nothing and the chicken is fully covered by the curry mixture.

Now it's ready to serve. Simply move it to a decorative plate, add some topping to finish it off, and you're done. Like I said, it's an incredibly easy dish to make so anyone can try to make it . Hope you have fun and enjoy this dish as much as I do.
